Eleven new markets in six weeks, on one contract
A communications platform needed to follow its customers into eleven countries without signing eleven carrier agreements.

The challenge
Aperture's customers were expanding faster than its carrier relationships. Each new market meant a commercial negotiation, a technical integration and a compliance review — three to four months per country.
What we did
A single interconnect covering all eleven target markets, provisioned programmatically rather than by ticket. Aperture's own onboarding flow could now open a new country without a human in the loop.
The outcome
All eleven markets were live in six weeks. The eleventh took under a day, because by then it was a configuration change rather than a project.
“What sold us was being able to see per-route ASR without asking anyone for a report.”
