Fraud Analyst
Find the traffic that should not be there, and build the rules that catch the next one automatically.
About the role
You will investigate anomalous traffic patterns, tune detection thresholds and work directly with customers when something has gone wrong on their account. The work is equal parts data analysis and incident response.
What we are looking for
- Experience in telecoms fraud, payments fraud or a similar detection role
- Confident with SQL and comfortable in a large CDR dataset
- Understanding of IRSF, Wangiri and SIM-box patterns
- Able to explain a technical finding to a customer's finance team
